Hi - I'm Rutuja Bandi. I help Business owners with teams of 3 to 30 scale through Systems.

I can track my entrepreneurial journey back to when I was 10. From asking my mom to pay me for “deep scrubbing her electronics” to selling my lunchbox pizzas to my friends in school.
I was 17 when I got my first real-life business experience. I realised I had what it takes when I started an authentic traditional cuisine restaurant with my mom and hit a solid 4.8 ⭐ on Google.
I then closed more than $200,000 USD at an international luxury magazine.
During Covid I started a social media agency, worked with more than 38 clients at a 98% closing rate and a 100% retention rate.
Over a decade, I learnt Sales, Marketing, Promotion, Operations, Team management, Procurement, Maintaining quality, Managing Finances... you name it.
I was able to accomplish so much was because of my love for systems. I always took a Systems-forward approach.
